How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days depending on your location. Once shipped, you receive a tracking number via Whatsapp/SMS. You can also track orders anytime from the "My Orders" page.
What are the shipping charges?
Shipping is free on orders above ₹200. A flat ₹40 charge applies to orders below ₹200. The exact charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through Razorpay. After you place your order, the Razorpay checkout opens where you can pay by UPI, credit/debit card, net banking or popular wallets — whichever you prefer.
Can I return or exchange a product?
It depends on the item. Every product page shows whether that item is returnable — eligible items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging with all tags attached. Items not marked returnable are non-returnable. To start a return, open "My Orders", find the delivered order and tap "Return" — it opens a WhatsApp chat with us. How do refunds work?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.
