We partner with Shiprocket for reliable courier services. Available shipping options include:

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — available for selected cities

3. Shipping Charges

• Fixed shipping charge: ₹40 for orders below ₹200
• Free shipping: for orders above ₹200
• Charges are calculated at checkout before payment

4. Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days from order confirmation
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or courier issues
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors

5. Shipping Address

• Ensure a complete and correct shipping address at checkout
• Orders will be shipped to the address provided during purchase
• Changes to address after order confirmation may incur additional charges
• We are not responsible for delivery failure due to an incorrect address

6. Delivery Confirmation

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS
• Track your shipment using the Shiprocket tracking link
• Delivery confirmation will be sent upon successful delivery

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered:

• The courier will make 3 delivery attempts
• If still undelivered, the item will be returned to us
• You will be contacted for address correction or refund
• Additional charges may apply for re-delivery

8. Damage During Shipping

If you receive a damaged product:

• Report within 24 hours of delivery with photos
• Do not discard the packaging
• We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost

9. Prohibited Shipping Items

We cannot ship:

• Hazardous or flammable items
• Illegal or restricted items
• Items violating courier guidelines

• Remote areas may have additional delivery time
